Welcome to the Office of the Treasurer & Tax Collector's Annual Business Tax Return. Use this form to file your 2018 Gross Receipts and Payroll Expense Taxes.

Please note the following:
  • Gross Receipts Tax, Payroll Expense Tax and Administrative Office Tax Returns are due by
    02-28-2019.
  • Online forms must therefore be transmitted before midnight on
    02-28-2019.
  • Payments must be received or postmarked on or before
    02-28-2019.
  • Penalties, interest, and fees will be imposed after
    02-28-2019.
  • Your tax obligations will be summarized and displayed at the end of the Return.
  • You may review and update your business information through Account Update prior to starting this Return.
  • You must complete each section before moving to the next one.
  • You may enter/exit at any time. The data is saved for completed pages.
  • The filing is complete only when you see the below confirmation.

Please have the following ready:
  • Your seven (7) digit Business Account Number.
  • The last four (4) digits of your Tax Identification Number.
  • Your eight (8) character Online PIN.
  • Credit card or checking account information if submitting an electronic payment.

Business information may be updated through Account Update.
